a lunchbox with compartments, an ice pack for the cheese.

What to do

  1. Crackers in one compartment, chicken pouch in another, fig bar and fruit cup in the rest. Cheese stick on top, ice pack under.
  2. Crackers, chicken, cheese: that is the sandwich, they assemble it themselves. Kids like assembling it themselves. That is the whole trick of the expensive version.
